Jigsaw Fuel Management recently welcomed engineers from trusted partners Europump to their head office for a specialist training session designed to enhance technical knowledge and ensure continued excellence in the installation and support of Jigsaw systems.
Delivered by Jigsaw’s in-house team, the session covered a range of technical topics – from core hardware installation and commissioning to the latest updates in Jigsaw’s innovative software solutions. With real-time demonstrations, hands-on activities and open discussion, the session gave experienced engineers the chance to refresh their knowledge while gaining insights into new developments.
“Our good friends from Europump came in for a training course last week to brush up on their many skills, but also to learn of the latest developments in Jigsaw hardware and software,” said a spokesperson from Jigsaw. “We’re proud to offer tailored training that’s not only technically in-depth but also practical, ensuring engineers have the tools and understanding they need to deliver great results. This is also an opportunity for support, service and installation engineers to let us know what changes or enhancements they would like to see in the system to make their lives easier”
This hands-on training is part of Jigsaw’s broader commitment to supporting those who install, configure and maintain its systems. The company has developed a range of training courses for system installers, first-line support teams and end users, delivered either on-site or at Jigsaw HQ.
To complement in-person learning, Jigsaw also offers online training sessions, hosted by Senior Support Engineer Matt, who brings a detailed understanding of both hardware production and system functionality. These sessions are ideal for remote teams or individuals looking for flexible, focused guidance.
